In-House Ministries
Purpose
The purpose of the In-House Ministry is to work together to
accomplish many different tasks to keep our Church
ministry running orderly and smoothly for our church body and
visitors.
Mission
The mission of the In-House Ministry is overseeing capable leaders
through God's will to mold them into team
leaders by putting them in charge of one of many functions of the
In-House Ministry.
Through prayer and nurturing we are able to accomplish these tasks
and broaden their vision.
Vision
Our vision is to improve and expand each In-House Ministry. The
first step is to incorporate more men and women
to back up each ministry as the Lord brings them to us. In doing so,
this will allow In-House Ministry to keep
functioning if someone is absent. We want people in our ministry to
have the same vision as our Pastor.
Also during this time, we feel it is vital to have more meetings
within our ministry to be able to show
appreciation, encouragement, and most importantly prayer. We believe
that the people we use in our ministry can
see and feel what working in unity is all about.
We also would like to hold our first initial meeting with those
leaders within our ministry to talk about how we
as a whole can help each other in all aspects of our ministry.
