Bio:
Pastor Grayson's parents, now married to each other for over 40 years, raised him in Indianapolis, Indiana up until the time that he attended Bible College. During the entire time the Grayson family attended Calvary Tabernacle in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Pastor Grayson attended Christian Life College (CLC) in Stockton California and graduated in 1989 with an Associate's degree in Missions and a Bachelor of Arts in Theology. While attending college he worked as a J.C. Penney manager. He was directly responsible for the purchasing and sales of a department with an annual volume of over 1.4 million dollars.
After graduating from college Pastor Grayson and his wife served as assistant to the pastor in Marietta, Ohio. A one-year commitment was made and fulfilled in August 1990. While serving as assistant to the pastor such duties as preaching, counseling, choir, and youth activities were performed by both Pastor and Sister Grayson. As well as his church duties he also held a full time position at a local funeral home as an attendant and onsite minister.
In September of 1990 Pastor Grayson accepted a position and served as the High School Principal and church staff attendant at his home church in Indianapolis. Along with serving as the principal, he and his wife also performed such duties as outreach, children's church director, youth team leader, and substitute teacher at Indiana Bible College.
Pastor and Sister Grayson entered into the full time evangelistic field in July of 1995. They traveled from coast to coast, crossing over into Canada on occasion. Pastor Grayson ministered in an average of 260 services each year with approximately two weeks off per year. While evangelizing Pastor Grayson designed and taught seminars on High Risk Management and developing an effective Christian School. He also designed a school transcript program specifically for A.C.E. schools. During the lengthy time of evangelizing Pastor Grayson obtained his General Contractor's License.
On February 20, 2001 Evangelist and Sister Grayson became Pastor and Sister Grayson. Calvary Apostolic Church, Concord, California received them with a unanimous vote. In the three plus years since the Grayson's arrival, many milestones have been laid. Within three months the church obtained its final and the new building was cleared for occupancy. The preschool enrollment has increased tremendously. The Christian school enrollment set records and has increased in volumes. The church regularly holds exciting events such as Community Day, Church Dedication / Anniversary services, revivals, etc.
Pastor Grayson has both voiced and displayed his commitment to Calvary Apostolic Church in Concord. The Grayson family's involvement in both the church and community reflect their genuine burden to serve what they (and the church body) hope to be for a lifetime.
